CLIMATE

The elevation of Boise is 2,842 feet above sea level and is considered “high desert” with temperatures ranging from an average range of 22 – 36 degrees in January to 58 – 90 degrees in July. The Boise valley receives an average of 12 inches of precipitation per year. Boise’s climate has four definite seasons but rarely receives snow in the valley.
